Chicken of the sea



Sometimes, life just calls for roast chicken. And nothing but a roast chicken will do. So the bird gets a soak in some sea watery spices. I am a staunch proponent of brining birds.



Backyard rosemary lemon roast chicken. Because I have a lot of lemons. In the Italian style. With bottom of the refrigerator vegetables co-roasted with the bird. I ate nearly the whole bird.
