Herbal ecstacy

A field trip to my favorite plant nursery. I like this place because I get to play with their red wagons while I shop. I get so giddy when I pull the red wagon. The person helping me brought to my attention that all the plants I picked were edible. I guess my food obsessions have expanded to encompass plants. Today's bounty include: Bay leaf tree, root beer plant, Vietnamese rau rum mint, Thai basil, Transylvanian sage, Mexican epazote, pink rosemary. And a mimosa plant that curls up when you touch it. It's interactive.

Rosemary olive bread fluffered up while I was pulling the red wagons. Made with leftover olives.

Half baked. Tastes great, but I can't seem to get the fluffiness to stay put. I've gotten the bread to rise now. Now I just have to work on endurance. Why is baking so hard? I'm baking challenged. Phooey!
