Fruit head



Too tired and lazy to make a 3 course dinner tonight. So the old standby of anchovy tomato pasta hits the spot. For some reason, cooking 20 anchovy filets with a handful of cherry tomatoes makes the sauce mellow and not fishy at all. By the time the pasta is al dente, the sauce is done. Combine and eat. 15 minutes of cooking at the most.



At the Marina Farms fruit stand near the client office, I found mangos the size of Preston's head. These are huge mutant dog head sized mangos. $2.99 each. This one was so delicious, I ate the whole thing. And then 15 minutes later, I suffer the discomfort of a distended tummy. Ugh. I tend to overdo these things.
