did u just scorch it, or is it a caramel glaze, torched?

im making pate a choux tommorrow, in prep for making les eclairs.

prepare your mailbox for les truffes too.

Scorched to death. This was the third attempt. Glazes were too wet. By the time glazes bruleed, everything became burnt.
