I haven't made a sammich in a while. So today, I cobbled together prosciutto and brie on ciabatta with basil and tomatoes. A somewhat Franco-Italiano version of a BLT. With a bit of balsamic vinaigrette drizzled in there. If I had a panini press, I'd squoosh it. But I don't own a panini press so this will have to do.
