Look at all the wonderous colors. I will be swimming in tomatoes soon. This is only the beginning. I may have over planted the tomato crops.
From a financial point of view, growing my own tomatillos at home is a money losing proposition. Why do I bother?
There is only one logical outcome with 2lbs/99cent tomatillos (and a few fresh from the garden)- THE PORK! Wonderous delicious PORK. Double batchey goodness of PORK. Never get tired of THE PORK.
