Cardamon gelato. Because I rediscovered the jar of green cardamon pods towards the back of the spice shelf. A musky minty freshness. Surprisingly delicate in gelato form. I will consider adding dark chocolate chips next time for a high-falootin' version of mint chocolate chip. Good with a strong cup of tea.
