Hot chilly
One has to question my sanity when I simmer big pots of food during hot spells. But this is the best Chili Davy ever. Inspired by Mexican mole and bbq sauces, there are chocolate and pears in the chili. And the remains of a jar of apple butter. And bacon. Bacon makes everything good.
Pumpkin limoncello rissotto. And backyard tomatos unblemished from rat incisors.

Sounds like a new use for limoncello! I have just finished making a batch where I threw in several sprigs of rosemary. (Think the next batch I will double it. Only a slight hint in the first batch.) Hope all is well.
