
New framing overhead. It's still very hard to guage the scale of the new first floor. Even in person, it's hard to judge just how big or small everything is.

But soon the roof deck will be enclosed, and I will once again have a balcony to look down upon my loyal subjects.

Dirt pile growing smaller. So far my back hasn't bothered me from hauling all this dirt to other areas of the yard. Which is very surprising considering my slumpy posture when I'm sitting behind my desk at the office.

Old water heater has gone to water heater heaven. It's had a long and productive life, much appreciated service to humanity. I send it good wishes when it gets reincarnated as gas guzzling American SUV.
